Rescheduling or cancelling online is easy to do  -- no fees, no problem, as long as it is more than 24 hours before your appointment. In fact, if you are experiencing an ongoing contagious illness, like a respiratory virus, I appreciate if you reschedule.​

Please note that for No Shows or Late Cancellations (within 24 hours of the appointment), a fee of 50% of the scheduled visit will be charged to the card on file. ​If, however, a No Show or Late Cancellation is due to a sudden illness or crisis, please contact me at (509) 433-7510 to discuss, as life can be unpredictable.
