Services and Pricing

The initial visit and all following visits are 75 minutes in length and carry the same charge of $215.  On the initial visit, relatively more assessment happens than other sessions, but every visit involves assessment and every session involves treatment.

The 75 minute visit allows more to be accomplished in fewer total visits than in a traditional outpatient setting for many reasons. A few examples: your time is not spent on cardio equipment; your time is not spent doing your entire home program; and finally, you will only be seen by me - so there is no time lost getting to know/trust another provider and there is no loss of continuity of care.

Direct Payment  & Referrals

Payment is due at the time of service with a card that will be held on file through my HIPAA compliant documentation system (called Jane). I do not bill insurance, so if you'd like to submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement, I can provide what is called a superbill for you to submit. HSA and FSA card use is a great option, as you get to save money by paying with your pre-tax dollars and the superbill will act as your receipt.

Please note that I have no relationship with Medicare. Therefore, Medicare and supplemental insurance policies to Medicare will not reimburse for my services. For Medicare enrolled patients, a form called an ABN will be provided to explain these restrictions.

In Washington State, physical therapists do not need a referral to see patients. If you plan to submit to your insurance for reimbursement, check with your insurer to see they require a referral. If so, please obtain a hard copy of your referral from your referring provider so you can upload it with your submission and please also bring a hard copy to your first visit with me. I do not have a fax for referral receipt or transmission and email is not a HIPAA secure option.
